1/4 cup of  BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ sauce

Small Batch of 8-10 Wings

1-2 TBSP of EVOO or use cooking spray



Dry wings, toss in a bit of EVOO or hit with cooking spray. Cook on 400 degrees for 10 mins then shake cook basket, repeat two more times until crispy (check doneness). Once completely done, toss in a bowl with 1/4 cup of BS Smokin Chipotle or Kickin Pineapple BBQ Sauce. Enjoy!

Air Fryer BS Wings



2 TBSP of  BS Grillin' Co. Blazin' Pepper Relish

4 large baking potatoes, cleaned

2 tablespoons olive oil

Coarse kosher salt


Garlic powder


1/2 stick butter (4 tablespoons), divided



Rub potatoes with olive oil. Season potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley to taste.
Place in air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes (depending on the size of potatoes).
Slice potatoes lengthwise. Using both hands, pinch each side of the potatoes and force them to open up. Top with favorite toppings and enjoy!

Air Fryer Baked Potatoes



2 TBSP of  BS Grillin' Co. Blazin' Pepper Relish

4 cups of cauliflower florets (Cut into bite-sized pieces)

19 oz can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

2 TBSP of Olive Oil

2 TBSP of Taco seasoning

8 small tortillas

2 avocados sliced

4 Cups of cabbage shredded

Coconut yogurt or regular yogurt to drizzle


Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F or 200 degrees C.​ In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower and chickpeas with the olive oil and taco seasoning. Dump mixture into the basket of your air fryer and cook. Shake the basket occasionally for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Cauliflower should be golden not burnt. Serve in tacos with avocado slices, cabbage, Blazin' Pepper Relish, and yogurt.

1/4 cup of  BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce

1 cup vital wheat gluten

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1 tsp mushroom powder (or vegan Worcestershire)

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt (optional)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

3/4 cup water

Instructions to make Seitan from scratch:

Add the vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder (or vegan Worcestershire), onion powder, salt, and garlic powder in a food processor. Pulse until mixed well. Drizzle water slowly through the top opening of food processor. Then, let the food processor run for about 3 minutes more to knead the seitan. Remove the dough and put it on a cutting board and knead a little longer with your hands. Press and pull the dough into a circle shape that will fit the size of your air fryer basket. Slice half of the seitan into 1/2 inch wide strips, then toss with about 1/4 cup of BS Smokin Chipotle or Kickin Pineapple BBQ Sauce. Place in the air fryer and cook at 370 degrees F for 5 minutes.

1 Package Gardein Golden Fishless Filets​


Vegan Tartar Sauce (Optional):

2 TBSP of BS Grillin' Co. Blazin' Pepper Relish

1 TBSP minced onion​

1 Cup Vegan Mayo


Place 4 to 5 filets inside your ​air fryer basket and cook at 390 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for 3-5 minutes more or until the center is piping hot. Serve with Blazin' Pepper Relish tartar sauce and a side dish. Enjoy!

Tip: If you have a small air fryer you may need to make 2 batches.

Air Fryer BS Blazin' Fishless Filets



BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce for dipping

1 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast

1/4 cup gluten free baking flour

1 TBSP olive oil

2 TBSP Milk

2/3 cup gluten free bread crumbs


Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Set out three bowls. Bowl 1: pour the baking mix into it. Bowl 2: Mix the oil and milk together, whisk well. Bowl 3: Place the bread crumbs into it. (Work in two batches)

Dip half of the chicken pieces in the gluten free baking mix. then dunk them into the oil and milk mixture. Finally, dip the pieces into the bread crumbs. Lay the chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes. Remove from the basket and repeat with the remaining chicken pieces.

Tip:  Warm the dipping sauce to room temperature or warmer.

Air Fryer Gluten-Free Chicken Nuggets


1/4 cup of  BS Grillin' Co. Kickin' Pineapple BBQ sauce

16 oz. Fresh shrimp, medium, peeled and deveined

16 oz. Frozen mixed stir-fry vegetable blend

1/2 cup of honey

1 clove garlic crushed

1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Cooked rice (optional)



In a medium sauce pan, add in the honey, BS Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce, garlic, and ginger. Whisk until sauce thickens. Coat the shrimp with the sauce. Line the air fryer with foil and put the shrimp and vegetable mix in it. Cook at 355 degrees F for 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.

Air Fryer Gluten Free Honey Garlic Pineapple Shrimp



1 bottle of  BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1/2 lb. bacon




Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.


Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Brush foil with cooking oil. Cut skinless chicken breast or thighs into 1 inch cubes and cut bacon strips into thirds. Wrap each piece of chicken with a small strip of bacon.  Secure with a toothpick and put into the basket. Brush with Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce.


Bake for 15 minutes, brush bites with more sauce, and cook until crispy.

Bacon Chicken Wraps



1/4 cup of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ sauce

6 center cut boneless pork (3/4 inch thick)

​kosher salt

1 large egg beaten

1/2 panko crumbs (Gluten-free optional)

2 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese

1-1/4 tsp sweet paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/8 tsp black pepper



Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 12 minutes and lightly spray the basket with oil. Season pork chops on both sides with 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Combine panko, parmesan cheese, 3/4 tsp kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and black pepper in a large shallow bowl. Place the beaten egg in another bowl. Dip the pork into the egg, then crumb mixture. When the air fryer is ready, place 3 of the chops into the prepared basket. Cook 6 minutes on side then flip to other side for another 6 minutes. Top with BS Grillin' Smokin' Chipotle or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce. Set aside and repeat with the remaining pork chops.
