½ cup of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce
1 refrigerated pizza crust
1 ½ cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
½ red onion, finely chopped
1 cup of shredded cheese
¼ cup of parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C. Roll out the pizza crust into a rectangle. Spread on the Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce. Top with chicken, onion, cheese, and parsley. Roll it up longways, and cut into slices. Bake face-up for 15 minutes. These are great dipped in ranch dressing. Enjoy!

BS BBQ Pinwheels
2 TBSP of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1 onion per person
1 can chicken broth
Cut off both ends of the onions, cutting the bottom just enough so the onion sits flat. Hollow out the onion top about 1 inch deep, making a well for the BBQ sauce. Put 2 TBSP Smokin' Chipotle in each well. Place the onions in a dish with enough chicken broth to cover the bottom. Set dish in grill, smoker, or oven for an hour at 300 degrees. After an hour, add more BBQ sauce and chicken broth. Slice the onions into quarters and cook for another hour until totally softened. Serve the warm onion quarters over steak, pork, or chicken. Enjoy!
BS Sweet Candied Onions
1 cup of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce
2 cups of cooked chopped chicken
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of chopped red onion
1 TBSP Worchestershire sauce
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Tortilla chips or crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix chicken, Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce, onion, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Place in a greased baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with additional cheddar cheese and bake another 15 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
1/4 cup of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce
2 cans baked beans or desired amount
1 onion chopped
1-2 TBSP yellow mustard
Add crumbled cooked bacon, sauteed onions, yellow mustard, and Smokin Chipotle BBQ Sauce to the desired amount of canned baked beans. Stir well and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Add cooked pulled pork for a hearty meal. Enjoy!
BS Barbecued Baked Beans
1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 cup GF bread or cracker crumbs (or potato flakes, or GF crushed cereal)
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 cup finely minced or grated onion
1 TBSP of hot sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash of salt and pepper
1 cup of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin's Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1 TBSP hot sauce (optional)
Mix meatball ingredients and shape into 1″ balls. Place a single layer of meatballs on a cookie sheet with sides and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Place in a casserole dish or a crock pot. Mix Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce with hot sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour if using a casserole dish or heat in a crock pot on low for 2 to several hours. Enjoy!
Tip: It is easy to make the meatballs quickly and uniformly if they are formed using a cookie scoop.
Gluten-Free Smokin' Party Meatballs
BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce for dipping
3 boneless skinless chicken thighs or 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
12-14 slices of bacon, about a pound of bacon
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Then place a metal rack on top of the foil. Dice the chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside. Slice the bacon into thirds or fourths, making sure that the bacon pieces are long enough to wrap around the chicken pieces.
Wrap each piece of chicken with bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Place the wrapped chicken on the wire rack over the prepared baking sheet. Cook the bites for 22-28 minutes until the bacon is lightly browned and the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot with the dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
Tip: Warm the dipping sauce to room temperature or warmer.
Gluten-Free Bacon Chicken Bites
1/4 cup of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/3 pound bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 slices cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a lipped baking sheet with parchment paper and non-stick spray or a silicone baking mat.
Combine the bread crumbs, shredded cheese, ground beef, and egg until evenly distributed.
Roll the mixture into 1-1/2 to 2 inch meatballs and space evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
While the meatballs are baking, fry the bacon until crispy over medium-high heat. Remove bacon from skillet, leaving the grease in the skillet.
Add the onions to the skillet and reduce heat to medium, stirring often until tender.
Cut rolls in half and add one meatball to the bottom portion of each roll. Brush the tops with BBQ sauce.
On top of the meatballs add the cheese slices, bacon bits and grilled onions.
Place open-face sliders under the broiler next to the roll tops for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and top is golden brown.
Top the meatballs with the roll tops and serve. Enjoy!
BBQ Meatball Sliders
1 bottle of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 lb. bacon
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Brush foil with cooking oil. Cut skinless chicken breast or thighs into 1 inch cubes and cut bacon strips into thirds.Wrap each piece of chicken with a small strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick and place on the baking sheet. Brush with Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce.
Bake for 15 minutes, brush bites with more sauce, and cook for another 15 minutes.
Bacon Chicken Wraps
1 bottle of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce
1 package of cocktail wieners
Place cocktail wieners and Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce in a slow cooker and warm until hot. Enjoy!
