Smokin' Party Meatballs

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce




  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 eggs slightly beaten

  • 1/4 cup finely minced or grated onion 

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • dash of salt and pepper


  • 1 cup of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin's Chipotle BBQ Sauce


Mix meatball ingredients and shape into 1″ balls. Place a single layer of meatballs on a cookie sheet with sides and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Place in a casserole dish or a crock pot.  Mix Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce with hot sauce and pour over meatballs.  Bake at 325 degrees for one hour if using a casserole dish or heat in a crock pot on low for 2 to several hours.


BBQ Meatball Sliders

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce



  • 1/4 cup of  BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce

  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 pound bacon, chopped

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 3 slices cheddar cheese

  • 12 Rolls



Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a lipped baking sheet with parchment paper and non-stick spray or a silicone baking mat.

Combine the bread crumbs, shredded cheese, ground beef, and egg until evenly distributed.

Roll the mixture into 1-1/2 to 2 inch meatballs and space evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.

While the meatballs are baking, fry the bacon until crispy over medium-high heat. Remove bacon from skillet, leaving the grease in the skillet.

Add the onions to the skillet and reduce heat to medium, stirring often until tender.

Cut rolls in half and add one meatball to the bottom portion of each roll. Brush the tops with BBQ sauce.

On top of the meatballs add the cheese slices, bacon bits and grilled onions.

Place open-face sliders under the broiler next to the roll tops for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and top is golden brown.

Top the meatballs with the roll tops and serve.


Authentic Smokin' Chipotle Philly Cheesesteak

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce


  • 1/4 cup of  BS Grillin' Co Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 lb. ribeye steak or deli roast beef (shaved thin)

  • 1/2 white onion

  • 1 thinly sliced bell peppers (any color)

  • 4 slices of Provolone cheese

  • 1 hoagie roll

  • salt & pepper

  • 2 - 4 TBSP EVOO


Have your butcher shave your ribeye or roast beef.  Lightly salt & pepper and set aside. Add 2 TBSP of EVOO in heated pan with onions and peppers. Cook until soft and starting to brown about 12 mins. Set peppers and onions aside; then add meat to the pan. After a few minutes, add 1/4 c Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce until meat is medium-well. Add onions and peppers back and cook on simmer. In a microwave safe container, heat the provolone cheese for 10 seconds (only). Stir and heat for 10 seconds again. Place meat, onion, and peppers, and provolone cheese slices on a hoagie roll.

Boneless Ribs Low and Slow

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce


  • 1/2 to 1 cup of  BS Grillin’ Co. Smokin’ Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 onion coarsely chopped

  • 2 stalks celery chopped

  • 2 TBSP mustard

  • 2 – 3 TBSP brown sugar

  • 3 TBSP Worcestershire

  • 2 cloves garlic coarsely chopped

  • Apple – any flavor coarsely chopped

  • 2 to 3 TBSP cayenne (optional)


Place ribs in slow cooker. In a medium bowl, combine onion, celery, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire, garlic, apple, and cayenne. Pour over the ribs. Then pour B.S. Grillin’ Smokin’ Chipotle BBQ sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low 10 to 11 hours or on high for 5-1/2 hours.  Enjoy!


Flavor Change option:  Omit apple and add a small can of crushed pineapple.  Trade out the Smokin'  Chipotle BBQ sauce for Kickin' Pineapple BBQ sauce.


Cooking options: low and slow in the grill or in smoker.

BS Cheesy Meat Cups

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce



  • 1/4 bottle of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 1 small onion

  • 1-2 cans refrigerator biscuits

  • 1 cup shredded American or cheddar cheese




Brown ground beef with finely chopped onion; drain grease. Add the bottle of Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce and mix well together. Place one biscuit in each muffin pan well. Add a spoonful of mixture on each biscuit and top off with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until biscuit is done.

Cast Iron Salisbury Steak

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce


  • 1/4 cup of  BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • ½ medium onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 3 TBSP of butter

  • 2 lbs. ground beef

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup fresh or 1/4 cup dried of flat leaf parsley, chopped

  • 12 oz. diced button or portabella mushrooms​


In a skillet, melt 1 TBSP of butter and saute the onions with garlic until translucent.

In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooled onion mixture, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, and mushrooms. Form the mixture into 4-ounce patties and saute in 2 TBSP of butter. 

Melt 2 ounces of butter or EVOO, add 1/4 cup Smokin' Chipotle for 1 minute. Add stock gradually while stirring  Mix in mushrooms and simmer for 20 minutes.

In a pan, place the patties with the gravy on top and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven to 375°

Smokin' Beef Tips

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce



  • BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • Beef Tips

  • bell peppers cut into pieces

  • onion cut into chunks


Skew beef tips alternating with bell pepper and onion pieces. Marinate in Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce for a few hours. Discard remaining sauce and place skewer on a hot greased grill. Turn heat down to cook slow and low.

Smokin' Drunk Ribs

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce



  • 6-7 oz. of  BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • 2-3 racks of ribs

  • 4-5 oz. of beer


Spray with non-stick spray or coat crock pot with olive oil.  Place racks of ribs into the crock pot.  Pour Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce and beer over the ribs.  Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Stickin' Ribs

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce



  • 1/2 bottle of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • Rack of ribs

  • 2 to 3 TBSP raw honey (to taste)

  • salt & pepper to taste


Lightly season ribs with salt and pepper; then cook by baking, grilling, or frying. Halfway through the cooking process, baste ribs generously with Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce mixed with raw honey to create finger lickin’ sticky ribs.

Low Carb Kickin' Grilled Steak Lettuce Taco

Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce



For the Steak:

  • 1-2 TBSP of  BS Grillin' Co. Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce

  • 1 lb. thin sirloin steaks

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Pinch of  fresh ground pepper

  • 8 lettuce shells from 1 head


For the Pico de Gallo:

  • 1/2 cup diced tomato

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1 TBSP minced jalapeno

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt


For the Guacamole:

  • 4 oz (1 small Hass) avocado

  • 1/4 cup diced tomato

  • 2 TBSP diced red onion

  • 2 tsp lime juice

  • 2 tsp chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • fresh black pepper, to taste



Combine the salt, cumin, garlic powder, oregano and black pepper. Rub over the steak. 

Mash the avocado in a small bowl with the tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper to taste. Set aside.

Combine the pico de gallo ingredients; set aside.

Heat a grill over high heat. Clean grates and spray with oil. Cook the steaks over high heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until the steak is cooked to your liking. Set aside on a cutting board to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Slice into thin strips.

To serve, fill each lettuce cups with 1 1/2 TBSP guacamole and top with steak, pico de gallo, and Kickin' Pineapple BBQ sauce.  Enjoy!
