Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks; set whites aside. Mash yolks with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in Sweet Zucchini Relish, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, onion, and celery; mix well. Stuff or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
Your guests will be asking for the "secret ingredient" in those delicious eggs for the rest of the night.

BS Loaded Baked Potato
8 TBLS. BS Grillin' Co. Sweet Zucchini Relish
1 8-oz. block of cream cheese
Soften the block of cream cheese. Add 8 TBSP of Sweet Zucchini Relish to the cream cheese and blend well. This is great served on Townhouse crackers. Enjoy!
Tips: Make as little or as much of this spread as you like. The ratio is 1 TBSP of Sweet Zucchini Relish per 1 oz. of cream cheese.
Sweet Z Cream Cheese Spread
3-4 TBSP BS Grillin' Co. Sweet Zucchini Relish
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix mayonnaise and Sweet Zucchini Relish together. Use as a spread on sandwiches. Enjoy!
Tip: Especially good on fish sandwiches as it is similar to a tartar sauce.
Sweet Zucchini Mayonnaise
1/2 cup BS Grillin' Co. Sweet Zucchini Relish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
In a mixing bowl, mix Sweet Zucchini Relish and mayonnaise. Squeeze fresh lemon or lime over mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Optional: Replace Sweet Zucchini Relish with Blazin' Pepper Relish for a spicier garnish.
2 TBSP BS Grillin' Co. Sweet Zucchini Relish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP ketchup
2 tsp finely diced onion
1/4 tsp finely minced garlic ( about half of a small clove)
1 tsp white vinegar
1/8 tsp salt plus more to taste
Mix all ingredients well and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
Great as a dressing, sandwich sauce, or in place of yum yum sauce!
