Ingredients:

 

  • 1 bottle of  BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • pork shoulder roast (Boston Butt)

  • 2 cups hard apple cider or apple juice

 

Instructions:

 

Marinate pork shoulder in apple cider at least 2 hours to overnight.  Cook pork shoulder in smoker 8 to 10 hours at about 225 degrees. Half way through the cooking process, baste with Smokin’ Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Allow the meat to rest. Then pull meat and top generously with Smokin’ Chipotle BBQ Sauce.  Cover with foil until ready to serve.

Chef AJ's Smoked Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 to 1 full bottle of  BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • 1 pork shoulder roast ( Boston butt)

  • Water

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Spray crock pot with non-stick spray or lightly grease your way.  Place pork butt into crock pot.  Sprinkle with your desired amount of salt and pepper.  Put enough water in to make it about 1 to 2 inches deep.  Cook pork butt on low setting for approximately 8 hours until meat is falling off the bone.  Cool meat long enough to pull with fork or fingers.  Clear crock pot of drippings and bone and place pulled meat back into it.  Cover meat with a generous amount of Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce and cook on low for 30 minutes or long enough to reheat.  Enjoy with cole slaw on the side or place on buns to make a pulled pork sandwich.

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

Shawn's Crock Pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup  of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • 2 to 3 lb. trimmed pork shoulder blade roast

  • 1 TBSP liquid smoke

  • Coarse red Hawaiian sea salt (any sea salt would work)

Instructions:

Place pork in the crock pot and stab it all over with the tip of a knife. Rub sea salt all over pork. Drizzle the liquid smoke all over and set crock pot to low; cook until the meat is tender, about 12 to 16 hours.  Remove from crock pot and place on a large platter. Remove any fat you may have missed and shred pork with two forks. Discard liquid reserving a little as needed to keep the pork moist. Serve with Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce.

Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

Crock Pot Kalua Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bottle of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • 2 lbs. boneless pork shoulder

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 TBSP olive oil

  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and ribs removed, chopped

  • 1 orange, cut in half

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
     

Instructions:

Rinse and dry the pork shoulder. Salt and pepper liberally. Mix the oregano and the cumin with olive oil and rub all over pork. Place the pork in a slow cooker and top with the onion, garlic, Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce and jalapeno. Squeeze over the juice of the orange and add the two halves. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 hours.

Once the meat is tender, remove from slow cooker and let cool slightly before pulling apart with a fork. In a large saute pan, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Press the carnitas into the oil and fry until crusty on one side.

  • 1/2 bottle of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • Pork shoulder roast (Boston butt)

  • your favorite buns

 

Instructions:

Cook pork shoulder in smoker or crock pot for 4 to 6 hours. Half way through the cooking process, baste with Smokin’ Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Allow the meat to rest. Then pull meat and top generously with Smokin’ Chipotle BBQ Sauce.  Place meat onto buns.

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:

 

  • BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • Leftover Pulled Pork (see recipe on BS Grillin' Company's website for:  Chef AJ's Smoked Pulled Pork, Pulled Pork Sandwich, or  Shawn's Crock Pot Pulled Pork)

  • Butter

  • Whole wheat tortilla

  • Shredded Mexican cheese blend

 

Instructions:

 

Butter a whole wheat tortilla and brown it under the broiler. Remove the tortilla and add some BS Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce and leftover pulled pork that has been cooked in BS Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Top with shredded Mexican cheese blend. Put the tortilla back under the broiler until cheese melts.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 bottle of  BS Grillin' Co. Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce

  • Ham

 

Instructions:

 

Place ham on a large sheet of foil. Smother with a half bottle of Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce.

Roll foil up over the ham and cook until done.

Collect the Kickin' Pineapple drippings to make a ham gravy or use as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1-2 TBSP  BS Grillin' Co. Blazin' Pepper Relish

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 slices bacon

  • 2 slices oatmeal bread or other whole grain bread 

  • 1 tsp butter or EVOO

 

Instructions:

 

Scramble eggs, fry bacon, and toast the bread.  Spread butter or EVOO on the toasted bread slices.  Top one slice of bread with scrambled egg, bacon,  Blazin' Pepper Relish and the second slice of bread.

 

Variation of Blazin' Egg, Avocado, BLT:  

Follow the recipe above but also add sliced avocado and lettuce to your sandwich.  Yum!

Blazin' Pepper Relish

Blazin' Pepper Relish Bacon and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/4 cup of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ sauce

  • 6 center cut boneless pork (3/4 inch thick)

  • ​kosher salt

  • 1 large egg beaten

  • 1/2 panko crumbs (Gluten-free optional)

  • 2 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1-1/4 tsp sweet paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

 

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 12 minutes and lightly spray the basket with oil. Season pork chops on both sides with 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Combine panko, parmesan cheese, 3/4 tsp kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and black pepper in a large shallow bowl. Place the beaten egg in another bowl. Dip the pork into the egg, then crumb mixture. When the air fryer is ready, place 3 of the chops into the prepared basket. Cook 6 minutes on side then flip to other side for another 6 minutes. Top with BS Grillin' Smokin' Chipotle or Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce. Set aside and repeat with the remaining pork chops.

Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce

Air Fryer Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of  BS Grillin' Co. Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

 

Dab both sides of the pork chops dry with paper towels. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over both sides. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Preheat grill over medium heat (about 375 degrees F). Clean grill grates and brush with vegetable oil (using tongs and an oiled paper towel).

Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (145ºF), brushing with BS Grillin' Co. Kickin' Pineapple barbecue sauce for the last few minutes. Remove from grill. Let stand 3 min.

Optional Sides: Baked potatoes, corn, roasted/sauteed/steamed veggies, or mac n cheese
