Blazin' Cream Cheese Spread
Blazin' Pepper Relish
Ingredients:

1/4 cup BS Grillin' Co. Blazin' Pepper Relish

2 blocks of cream cheese, softened
-
1 slice of cheddar cheese, cut into strips
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix Blazin' Pepper Relish, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Serve chilled, so that the dip is firm.
Optional: Place dip onto serving dish, shaping it into a football. Cover with chipped beef and use ribbons of cheddar cheese for the laces.
Sweet and Spicy Pecans
Blazin' Pepper Relish
Ingredients:

3 or 4 TBSP BS Grillin' Co. Blazin' Pepper Relish

1/2 cup butter, melted

3 large egg whites
-
1 cup granular white sugar
-
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
-
4 cups pecan halves
-
Sea salt to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Melt the butter on the lined baking pan. In a large bowl, mix the egg whites and relish. In a small bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon. Add the pecan halves and sugar mixture to the egg white mixture. Fold the mixture over the pecans until they are fully coated. Spread the pecans on the melted butter baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring the pecans every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and salt to taste. Let cool on the baking sheet for 10 to 15 minutes before serving or storing.
Chicken Dip
Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:

1 cup of BS Grillin' Co. Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce

2 cups of cooked chopped chicken
-
8 oz softened cream cheese
-
1/2 cup of chopped red onion
-
1 TBSP Worchestershire sauce
-
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 tsp garlic salt
-
Pepper to taste
-
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Tortilla chips or crackers
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix chicken, Smokin' Chipotle BBQ sauce, onion, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Place in a greased baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with additional cheddar cheese and bake another 15 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Kickin' Asian Vinaigrette Dressing
Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:

1/4 cup of BS Grillin' Co. Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce

1 tsp honey
-
1/2 tsp sesame seed oil
-
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
-
1 tsp EVOO
-
Lime-squirt to taste
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together. Serve as a dressing on Asian salads or as a sauce with other Asian dishes.
Blazin' Pepper & Cream Cheese Baked Dip
Blazin' Pepper Relish
Ingredients:

1/4 cup BS Grillin' Co. Blazin' Pepper Relish

2 blocks cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6-10 Ritz crackers (crumbled)

2 - 3 slices of cooked, crumbled bacon (optional)
Instructions:
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Blazin' Pepper Relish together. Place in a small baking dish. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with bacon crumbs, if you like, and serve with crackers.
Blazin' Queso Dip
Blazin' Pepper Relish
Ingredients:

1-2 TBSP BS Grillin' Co. Blazin' Pepper Relish

1 small box Velveeta cheese
-
1 cup (approximately 1/2 lb.) browned ground beef or sausage (optional)
Instructions:
Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes. Melt cheese in microwave on high, crock pot on high, or in a sauce pan on the stove top using medium heat stirring frequently. Add Blazin' Pepper Relish to melted cheese and stir to blend together. Add optional beef or sausage to make a hearty appetizer. Serve with tortilla chips.
